display of hospitality power
for 5 hours, me and zen were muggling up the gigantic expo floor the entire afternoon. fingering our tastebuds to the sample foods and swallowing wines after wines, with rose to top, aperitif to digest and liquors to dub down. lucky my knuckles i got my hands on an unpublished guide book to grappa and cocktails associated with it.i will say how amaze to what you can learn from the various display of hospitality and culinary power that they have to offer. it's a self-learning journey to each and every detail of the industry and what they have to offer.
now - how lucky can i get to be allowed this bowl of rice without even paying eighty dollars. all credits to zen and his aunt.
