harper's BAZAAR vs. Singapore

we all know how everything can go with fashion. but what mezmerised me the most was the extravagant concept of heights in heels and couture to the basement parked around our neighbourhood. and i don't mend rich tai-tai's wardrobes. Harper's Bazaar took couple of amazing couture and paired it up with couple of rich highlights around the island and made fashion not only sharpening it's bending edges, but to provoke the couture in any rising fashionistas who dream of being haute in roller-blades.
